We can collect & deliver anywhere in Great Britain, local or long distance. If you are exporting we can deliver to the docks.
If you import a trailer we can collect from the docks.
When you contact us please tell us the collection & delivery postcodes and/or towns. Your ideal dates, the type of caravan (5th wheel, travel trailer, Airstream, etc) Also the hitch type and size, brake and light sockets. Tell us about access , is access good or bad? Is the caravan on grass or a hard standing? Anything else that you think may be relevant to make the collection & delivery go smoothly. .
All trailers with electric brakes must not exceed the UK maximum permitted axle weigh of 3500Kg. In the event of a trailer being over we will refuse to tow it. If we are stopped by the police or DVSA and the trailer is found to be overweight, the customer will pay any fine and the cost of a recovery truck to finish the journey

A small single axle UK touring caravan being delivered to Felixstowe docks, to be shipped to India. We can deliver or collect from any dock in the UK. We can deliver 5th wheel, gooseneck, all USA size tow balls as well as UK 50mm tow ball.

IMPORTANT
If your 5th wheel trailer is set up top be towed by a slider or any other other non-standard hitch system you must let us know before booking.
ALL CARAVANS / TRAILERS MUST BE EMPTY FOR TOWING
Unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event that a caravan / trailer is loaded, you will need to arrange for the unloading and transport of the load and you will be charged for our waiting time. If we agree to tow a laden trailer, the load is uninsured, you must agree in writing that the load is carried at your risk
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GIVE US CORECT DETAILS
Make, model, year of manufacture, type of hitch & brakes, Etc. You will be charged if on our arrival we are unable to tow the caravan / trailer because it is unroadworthy, or you have not given us the correct details
Please make sure the caravan exterior is clean, if it is covered in green or black mould we may refuse to tow it

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL TYRES ARE INFLATED TO THE CORRECT PRESSURE AND ROADWORTHY
Make sure all tyres are roadworthy, check the tyre walls are not cracked, There will be a charge if we are unable to deliver because of illegal or damaged tyres. You will pay for any new tyres, call outs, recovery or any other costs incurred during the delivery.
Please check the wheel bearings for grease and play. Please make sure the brakes are working

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) The cost of your delivery will be based on the information given to us by you. There are no other charges; liability cover is included in the price. Liability cover is limited to £25,000.00 per trailer, and covers accidental damage, while towing and in our care & control.
2) Limit / Determination of Liability:
In the event of loss of or damage to your trailer, our liability to you is to be assessed as a sum equivalent to the cost of their repair or replacement whichever is the smaller sum, taking into account the age and condition of the goods immediately prior to their loss or damage, and subject to the maximum liability of £25,000 with a £1000 excess
3) Where the lost or damaged item is part of a pair or set, our liability to you, where it is assessed as the cost of replacement of that item, is to be assessed as a sum equivalent to the cost of that item in isolation, not the cost of that item as part of a pair or set.
4) Our liability cover excludes the following –
Other than as a result of our negligence or breach of contract we will not be liable for any loss of, damage to, or failure to produce the following goods
a) Bonds, Securities, Stamps of all kinds, Manuscripts or other Documents or Electronically held Data Records, Mobile Telephones
b) Plants or goods likely to encourage vermin or other pests or to cause infestation or contamination.
c) Perishable items and/or those requiring a controlled environment.
d) Furs, Jewellery, Watches, Precious Stones and Metals, Money, Coins, Deeds.
e) Any animals, birds or fish.
f) Kit built or system built furniture unless dismantled prior to transporting and in no case for loss of quality upon reassembly.
5) Other than as a result of our negligence or breach of contract we will not be liable for any loss of, damage to, or failure to produce the goods if caused by any of the following circumstances :-
a) By war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, terrorism, rebellion and/or military coup, Act of God, industrial action or other such events outside our reasonable control.
b) Loss or damage arising from ionising radiations or radioactive contamination
c) Loss or damage arising from Chemical, Biological, Bio-chemical, Electromagnetic Weapons and Cyber Attack
d) Indirect or consequential loss of any kind or description
e) By normal wear and tear, natural or gradual deterioration, leakage or evaporation or from perishable or unstable goods. This includes goods left within furniture or appliances.
f) By vermin, moth, insects and similar infestation, damp, mould, mildew or rust
g) By cleaning, repairing or restoring unless we arranged for the work to be carried out.
h) By change to atmospheric or climatic conditions.
i) For any goods in wardrobes, drawers or appliances, or in a package, bundle, carton, case or other container not both packed and unpacked by us.
j) Loss of or damage to china, glassware and fragile items unless they have been both professionally packed and unpacked by us or our Subcontractor. In the event of an accident involving an owner packed container where damage would have occurred irrespective of the quality of the packing, then our liability is limited to £100 or its actual value whichever is less.
k) For electrical or mechanical derangement to any appliance, instrument, clock, computer or other equipment unless there is evidence of related external damage.
l) Loss or damage of motor vehicles caused by scratching, denting and marring unless you obtain from us a pre-collection condition report.
m) Loss or damage to a vehicle whilst being driven or for the purpose of being driven under its own power other than for the purpose of loading onto or unloading from the carrying conveyance or container. Loss or damage sustained by accessories and removable items unless lost with the vehicle
n) For any goods which have a pre-existing defect or are inherently defective.
No employee of ours shall be separately liable to you for any loss, damage, mis-delivery, errors or omissions under the terms of this Agreement.
Our liability will cease upon handing over goods from our warehouse or upon completion of delivery.
Cover excludes mysterious disappearance of customers goods in transit or in store unless evidence can be provided to prove beyond all reasonable doubt that the loss is solely attributable to the dishonesty or connivance of our employees.
6) All estimates are valid for three months.
7) Payment will be by bank transfer, at least one working days before collection or the start of our journey.
8) If a collection is cancelled, we may make a refund minus any costs that we incur. This will be paid by bank transfer.
9) Parking permits to be arranged by you. Any parking tickets we receive will be paid by you.
10) Date and delivery address to be confirmed. We need the full postal address, with postcode. Printed clearly and all contract names & phone numbers.
11) We offer a dedicated delivery service, a shared trip or a return trip service. The delivery will be carried out by ourselves we will not sub- contract work to anyone else.
12) We do not offer storage.
13) Dedicated deliveries are collected & delivered on the date & times agreed. But you must allow for delays with ferries, weather & traffic delays, Etc. that are out of our control. If your delivery is a shared or return trip, we will do all we can to collect & deliver on the dates & times that you want. But you may have to be flexible, as dates & times may change. We do not promise a collection or delivery, date or time.
a) No collection or delivery is confirmed without paying a part payment
c) we have the right to cancel or delay any collection or delivery, in adverse weather or if adverse weather is forecast.
d) We will not be held responsible for any cost you may incur (hotels, meals, etc) because of us being late, delaid or cancellation
14) The estimate assumes easy access at both addresses, there will be a charge if there is a
wait to collect or delivery The vehicle we use may be up to 18M long, 4M high 2.55M wide. Please let us know if there are any low or narrow bridges, cables, trees, narrow roads, tight corners or weight limits, under 10 tons. If our vehicle is unable to get to the property, you will need to arrange a smaller / suitable vehicle. There will be a charge if we have to re-deliver.
15) We do not enter building sites. We do not take our vehicles onto fields, rough tracks, dry river beds, Etc. In the event that we do go off road the customer shall pay the cost of recovering our vehicle. The customer shall also be responsible for any damage to our vehicle, as well as any damage to grass or landscape.
16) We do not carry liquids, any flammable goods, animals, fish, money, food or anything dangerous or illegal, we will not carry anything that is dirty. If any of the above are carried, with or without our knowing, it will be at your risk,
17) All water and waste tanks must be empty
18) All caravans will be empty, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will not be held responsible for any damage to crockery, glasses, TV, etc if not packed correctly
18a) All trailers with electric brakes must not exceed the UK maximum permitted axle weigh of 3500Kg. In the event of a trailer being over we will refuse to tow it. If we are stopped by the police or DVSA and the trailer is found to be overweight, the customer will pay any fine and the cost of a recovery truck to finish the journey
19) All tyres must be inflated to the correct pressure.
20) Trailer batteries must be charged, to operate electric legs and brakes
21) Brakes, including parking brake s must meet the UK minimum requirement
22) The customer is responsible for the cost of any mechanical breakdown of the caravan / trailer including damage to tyres,
23) The customer shall indemnify us, the carrier against any action as a result of illicit or illegal substances being found concealed within the caravan / trailer
24) All goods/ caravans / trailers delivered to the Carrier for carriage are and will be received by the Carrier and held by it subject to a lien for all carriage charges due to the Carrier from the Customer for the carriage of the goods / caravan / trailer and other proper charges or expenses incurred in respect of or in connection with the carriage of the particular Consignment and all other goods which may have been carried by the Carrier for the Customer from time to time.
25) The Carrier shall be entitled to charge to the Customer the cost of loading and unloading the goods whilst a lien is being exercised together with warehouse rent and any other expenses incurred during all periods during which the lien on the goods / caravan / trailer or any part of the Consignment is being asserted and all these Conditions shall continue to apply whilst the lien is being exercised.
26) If such lien is not satisfied by payment within a reasonable time of the Carrier's demand or payment then the Carrier shall be entitled to invoke the power of sale
27) If there is any problem or any claim you must tell me in person or by telephoning me on 07958 741224 within Three days. Then in writing, either by letter or email within seven days of the date of delivery. Our liability cover is limited to £25,000 per load and a £500 excess is applicable. This covers deliveries in the UK. Deliveries to Europe are delivered under CMR convention rules.
28} By using our service, you are0 deemed to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions
29) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Contract and any dispute arising thereunder shall be governed by English Law and Jurisdiction.
